Creative Event Conceptor

• Imagination and development of ideas, event concepts and formats, in tandem with the Creative Director

• Creation of the aesthetic and implementation of the artistic vision of a project: space optimisation, layout of sets and lighting, screen layout and content

• Communication with clients to develop an artistic approach of their vision

• Research and creation of multimedia content -grafic design & video design- (print and digital): photocall, invitations, posters, menus, decorations, posts, videos, animations, trailers, stage presentations, etc.

• Close collaboration with the Project Managers regarding workflows, production pipelines and planning

• Support to the marketing department: training of colleagues in graphic design and social networking, launch of the new PACE identity (design, launch of the Instagram account, creation of various visual aids), support for the development of the Diversity & Inclusion project (visual aids to raise awareness on the subject such as stickers, posters)
